The city of Orlando, Florida will host a franchise in the upcoming United Football League.
The team is co-owned by the Tampa Bay Rays. Their home stadium will be the Citrus Bowl., altough they will play their third home game at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg.
Jim Haslett, former head coach of the New Orleans Saints and St. Louis Rams, will be the franchise’s first head coach.
The team will be known as the “Florida Tuskers”. A Tusker is the local name for the wild boars that inhabit Florida’s wildlands.
